SCRANTON, Pa. -- A development project in the Electric City got the green light from the city's zoning board.
The company renovating the former Scranton Lace Company building on Albright Avenue was given approval Wednesday to build residential units on the site.
Scranton's city council president told Newswatch 16 last month plans were to turn the old landmark into residential and commercial space.
