Security Upgrades Announced for Newberry Estates

WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. -- More than $17,000 in drug money will be used to keep an eye on a low-income housing development in Williamsport.

Officials announced Monday that a new surveillance system is planned for Newberry Estates.

The development is also donating funds for the project to replace the aging security cameras.
