SCRANTON, Pa. -- A man's body was found along the railroad tracks in the area of Olive Street and Penn Avenue Saturday evening.
The coroner said Leonel Rios, 50, of Scranton, fell at some point and lacerated an artery on his lower leg, where it bled uncontrollably. He died from a hemorrhage. It was an accidental death and is not considered suspicious.
