EDWARDSVILLE, Pa. -- Police in Luzerne County are looking for a thief who's been stealing craftsman tools from Kmart.
According to investigators, the man has stolen tools from the store in Edwardsville at least seven different times in just the past month.
Police released a surveillance photo of the suspected thief.
