Williamsport Fire Ruled Arson

WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. -- The fire that damaged a home in Williamsport has been ruled arson.

Officials with the Williamsport Bureau of Fire confirmed on Tuesday that the fire along Vine Avenue on June 7 was intentionally set.
