Pickup Crashes Through Wall near Home in Hazle Township

HAZLE TOWNSHIP, Pa. – A pickup truck smashed into a brick wall in front of a home near Hazleton Tuesday morning.

The driver told the homeowners he swerved to avoid another car when he crashed into the wall and then slamming into a utility pole on Route 309 around 8:30 a.m.

No one was hurt and there was no actual damage to the home itself.
