Guilty Plea in Deadly Shooting

WILKES-BARRE, Pa. -- The man charged with a deadly shooting in Wilkes-Barre has pleaded guilty to third degree murder.

Dominic Ray admitted to shooting a man to death at the Sherman Hills apartment complex back in October of 2016.

Ray pleaded guilty on Monday.

U.S. marshals tracked Ray to Manhattan several months later and took him into custody.
