PLAINS TOWNSHIP, Pa. — A hiker from Maryland has been found safe in Luzerne County.
Authorities say Randy Chatel got separated from his caretaker at Seven Tubs Nature Area near Wilkes-Barre on Sunday.
Rescuers found him unhurt around 7 p.m. on Sunday here in Luzerne County.
