STROUDSBURG, Pa. -- A judge in Monroe County rejected a guilty plea from a former EMT accused of molesting patients.
Matthew Menist of Stroudsburg is accused of sexually assaulting three male patients with special needs in 2016 and 2017.
Menist was scheduled to be sentenced on Wednesday, but instead, the judge rejected the guilty plea and ordered him to stand trial.
