SCRANTON, Pa. -- A fire that tore through a vacant home Wednesday night in Scranton has been ruled arson.
Investigators believe someone intentionally set the fire at the place along Archbald Street.
However, they do not believe it is related to a recent string of arsons in Scranton's south side.
