LUZERNE, Pa. -- A new business popped up in part of Luzerne County that may have fooled some folks.
The mayor of Swoyersville decorated a building as an ice cream shop called "The Pooper Scooper."
The April Fools' Day prank was done by Mayor Chris Concert, who owns a photography business in the building.
