Substitute Teacher Accused of Sexually Assaulting Student

FRANKLIN TOWNSHIP, Pa. — A teacher is accused of sexually assaulting a student in Bradford County.

State police say Whitney Roberts, 25, was working as a substitute teacher in Towanda Area School District.

Roberts is charged with assaulting a 17-year-old student last November near Towanda.

She is free on bail.
