HONESDALE, Pa. -- Charges have been withdrawn against an EMT charged in connection the theft of drugs from an ambulance in Wayne County in November.
The district attorney's office determined there not enough evidence to convict Kathleen Knecht.
Two others, Heather Widzbell and Jason Mizwinski, are still facing charges for the alleged theft in Wayne County.
