WILKES-BARRE, Pa. -- Bagpipers filled the streets of Wilkes-Barre Sunday afternoon for the city's 38th annual St. Patrick's Day Parade.

Dozens of floats and marching bands entertained the crowd with more than 1,300 participants in this year's event.

Several streets in the city were closed for the parade. They have since reopened.
