WILKES-BARRE — A big change is coming to bus service in Luzerne County.
The board of directors of the Luzerne County Transportation Authority voted Tuesday to extend daily bus service until 11 p.m.
The change will begin sometime in April.
The LCTA says the first 30 days will be free for riders so they can get used to the new schedule.
