CLINTON TOWNSHIP -- A week after ice and high water, a highway is fixed and open again in Wayne County.
Ice from a jam on the Lackawaxen River tore up a part of Route 170 in Clinton Township, near Honesdale.
PennDOT says the repairs on the road are temporary to allow drivers through safely.
