EATON TOWNSHIP -- A judge sentenced one of two men charged in a woman's killing in Wyoming County.
David Bohner from Tunkhannock was sentenced to at least nine years in prison after pleading guilty to drug charges in December.
Bohner had been charged along with Jesse Long from Pittston in the shooting death of Micole Gumpper.
Authorities say the killing was over drugs.
