SCRANTON -- A broken water main affected nearly two dozen customers in Scranton's west side Wednesday afternoon.
Newswatch 16 found crews repairing the 4-inch pipe on Jackson Street.
Pennsylvania American Water said the break disrupted service to about 20 customers.
