Autopsy Rules Death of Man Pulled From Lake Silkworth Accidental

LEHMAN TOWNSHIP -- The death of a man who had been pulled from a lake last week has been ruled accidental.

A dive team recovered the body of Adam Lutz from Lake Silkworth Friday morning.

Lutz, who was from Nanticoke, had been missing since early November after he walked away from his car near the lake and never returned.
