SCRANTON -- Scranton police surrounded an apartment building after a man allegedly waved a handgun at two women inside.
It happened on West Lackawanna Avenue around 6:30 p.m. Wednesday.
Cops say the guy is the boyfriend of one of the women. He allegedly kicked in the door and threatened them before taking off.
Scranton police are still looking for him.
