SCRANTON -- A fire in Scranton Tuesday afternoon sent some people to the hospital.

The assistant fire chief said flames started in the kitchen of the two-unit apartment building on South Webster Avenue around 2:30 p.m. Tuesday.

A few people living there were taken to the hospital for breathing in smoke.

The second floor of the building, where the chief believes the fire started, has a lot of damage.
