LOYALSOCK TOWNSHIP -- State police have arrested two men in connection with a deadly shooting in Lycoming County.

Troopers tell us Zachary Williams, 22, and Joshua Cooley, 22, both of Williamsport, will be arraigned Monday on homicide charges in the shooting death of Maurice Dowling, 25, of Williamsport.

Dowling's body was found a week ago along Poco Farm Road outside Williamsport.

State police say all three men went to that area together, then Williams shot Dowling, and Williams and Cooley conspired to get rid of evidence after the deadly shooting.

The racism is astounding, but then again, this area is full of white men who haven’t experienced a culture outside of NEPA…

I love how several families and people were effected (family and loved ones of the murdered, familes and loved ones of the murderers, people who lived in the area that no longer feel safe); and instead of any kind of condolences, the comments are used to talk about gun control and spread racism. All of you disgust me and I am sincerly sorry to all innocent people who are involved in a tragic event.

No big surprise there. Both shooters are black. Who’d have imagined that? Once again it’s proven that if you let the chimps run the streets wild and unchecked THIS is what happens. No one will care since you’re not related to Mr. Dowling. But when the gang of chimp comes for you or your family you’ll think twice. It’s a race war. And we’re losing.

There is no race war, only men who think they are entitled to everything and better than others. Most large terrorist attacks in the USA are committed by WHITE MEN. Not that you care about statistics or anything other than being racist…
