SCRANTON -- Dozens showed up to the Taurus Club at Providence Square in Scranton to have their picture taken with Santa and Mrs. Claus.
The North Scranton Neighborhood Association held its yearly Christmas party on Sunday.
The association uses the event to bring neighbors together and promote its neighborhood watch program.
