SCRANTON -- A man is locked up after an armed robbery and mugging in Scranton.
Scranton police arrested David Bell, 20, of Scranton for the armed robbery that happened Saturday afternoon on the 900 block of Wyoming Avenue in Scranton.
Police said they took Bell into custody just a few hours after the crime.
