FREELAND -- Two people who once said they were committed to improving Luzerne County now face federal drugs and weapons charges.
Roberto Torner and Liza Robles were arrested back in August after police and the feds raided properties owned by the pair in Freeland.
One of Torner's employees also faces federal weapons charges following the raid in Luzerne County.
