SUNBURY -- A teenager is locked up after a stabbing in Sunbury.
Court papers show Keith Beltran, 16, had problems with the victim at a Valero Gas Station on South Front Street.
Beltran allegedly stabbed the victim during an argument involving a number of people.
He faces assault charges in Northumberland County.
