Emergency Road Work Slows I-81 Traffic

SCRANTON — Drivers on Interstate 81 north may be delayed by road repairs.

PennDOT is doing some emergency repairs to a collapsed storm drain near the Central Scranton Expressway exit.

Work is expected to wrap up Monday afternoon.
