CARBON COUNTY -- Drivers can expect a smoother drive on the Pennsylvania Turnpike Monday morning.

All lanes of the turnpike are now open after crews wrapped up a bridge replacement project early Monday morning.

The turnpike between the Pocono and Lehigh Valley interchanges was closed all weekend. That meant a 70-mile detour.

Everything reopened around midnight on the Northeast Extension.
