SCRANTON -- Halloween may be a couple weeks away, but that didn't stop kids from gearing up for trick or treating in Scranton.

Newswatch 16 stopped by Halloween Fest at the Electric City Trolley Museum on Sunday.

Kids enjoyed trolley rides while they were dressed up in Halloween costumes.

There were also games, food, a magician, and a costume contest at Halloween Fest.
