STERLING TOWNSHIP -- The coroner has been called to a crash in Wayne County.
It happened around 9 a.m. Tuesday on Route 191 at the Hamlin/Newfoundland exit (17) of Interstate 84.
Troopers said the victim is Robert Sumpter, 65, of Cleveland, Ohio. Investigators believe he was exiting eastbound I-84 onto Route 191 when he lost control and ended up in the woods. He died as a result of the crash.
