SCRANTON — Police in Scranton are looking for a man accused of touching women inappropriately at the Marketplace at Steamtown.
This is a surveillance photo of the suspect from inside Boscov’s.
Officers say the man is usually at the department store in the afternoon, and sometimes has a woman and a child with him.
