County Employees Dress Down for Hurricane Victims

SCRANTON -- It seems many people are doing whatever they can to help victims of Hurricane Harvey.

And that includes Lackawanna County employees.

On Thursday, they paid to dress down and on Friday, a check for nearly $1,300 was handed over to the American Red Cross.
