MONROE COUNTY-- Police  have charged a mother with making terroristic threats after she allegedly threatened to kill an elementary school principal and a teacher.

According to officers, Melissa Swed made the threats last week, during a parent-teacher introduction at Pleasant Valley Intermediate School near Kunkletown.

They say Swed was upset that one of her children was not eligible for full day kindergarten.
