DURYEA -- A man who set fire to a coal breaker in Luzerne County found out his sentence Wednesday.
Zach Sorak must serve at least a year in prison.
He admits setting fire to an old breaker along Main Street in Duryea one year ago.
The roof collapsed, but no one was hurt in the fire.
