TEXAS TOWNSHIP — A thief tried to use the solar eclipse as a distraction in Wayne County.
Troopers say Scott St. Clair tried to make off with a cart full of stuff from Walmart near Honesdale on Monday while workers were outside watching the solar eclipse.
He was caught and now faces theft charges in Wayne County.
