SCRANTON -- People were racing to raise money to help fund the fight against cancer in Scranton.

The 25th annual Hook O'Malley 5K run/walk was held at McDade Park on Sunday.

The race is named after former Lackawanna County Commissioner Paul "Hook" O'Malley, the late father of current commissioner Pat O'Malley.

All the money raised will go to the American Cancer Society.
