In this edition of Talkback 16 was filled with comments about the bridal shop in Bloomsburg receiving death threats for refusing service to a same sex couple, in addition to other stories we aired.

    When you are open for business, you need to take care of any paying customer that wants your services.

    The only good part of the negative comments is that it sounds like the ones who backing the discrimination are the old people. I’m sure they are the same people who also gasp when they see an interracial couple. It’ll be a better world when the people stuck mentally living in the 50’s are not around to complain about equality for everyone.

    I, personally could care less about anyone’s sexual preference but it should be the ownersvright to refuse service without repcussions, it’s their business…go somewhere else then, why make a big deal of it, it’s free enterprise!

      I understand the idea, but that’s basically saying that a store owner should be able to discriminate based on skin color too.

      Imagine the riot that would ensue the second some white person got denied service under this rationale…
