TROY -- Go Joe 20 kicked off Monday morning in Troy, Bradford County. Meteorologist Joe Snedeker is peddling in the rain as he makes his way to downtown Tunkhannock Monday evening.

The weather threw a bit of a wrench into Joe's bike ride. Joe rode right into the storms that hit our area Monday afternoon as he and tried to make his way to Tunkhannock.
