Soft Opening of Lycoming County Fair

HUGHESVILLE -- For the first time, the Lycoming County Fair has opened a day early.

The gates at the fairgrounds in Hughesville opened at 4 p.m. Wednesday for a soft opening.

Fair goers can get free admission Wednesday night and enjoy food and harness racing.

Rides will not open until Thursday.

The Lycoming County Fair runs through July 22.
