CHAPMAN TOWNSHIP -- A man is charged with making terroristic threats after police say he threatened to kill his neighbors in Clinton County.
Troopers say John Wertz, 55, of North Bend, left his telescope on the victims' property near Renovo.
When it disappeared on Tuesday, Wertz allegedly accused the family of stealing it and threatened to shoot and kill them.
