COOLBAUGH TOWNSHIP -- One person is dead after an apparent drowning in Monroe County.
Police were called to A Pocono Country Place near Tobyhanna Tuesday morning.
The deputy coroner identified the victim as Joseph Fludd, 83.
The coroner said Fludd's body was pulled from a lake off Carobeth Drive.
Officials have not said what led to Fludd's death.
