HAZLETON — Police in Hazleton arrested a robbery suspect seen on security camera video.
Officers say Louis Arcelay, 45, of Hazleton, had a gun and a knife when he robbed the cashier at the Convenient Market on Juniper Street in the city around 4 p.m. Wednesday.
No one was hurt.
Arcelay will be charged with robbery, aggravated assault, theft, simple assault, criminal mischief and has confessed to three other crimes in the city, which he will be charged with as well.
