SMITHFIELD TOWNSHIP -- Officials with the National Weather Service confirmed a tornado touched down in Bradford County Monday.
A strong storm blew through the village of East Smithfield in Smithfield Township around noon on Monday, taking down trees, damaging homes, and knocking out power in the area.
