DAUPHIN COUNTY -- Former State Treasurer Barbara Hafer pleaded guilty Friday to lying to federal investigators about her role in a "Pay to Play" scheme.
Hafer was accused last year of concealing more than half a million dollars in consulting fees.
The "Pay to Play" scheme involved the state and a business between 2006 and 2007 when Hafer was already out of office.
