SCRANTON -- Scranton police believe it was a homeless man who robbed a bank Monday morning.
Authorities released as security camera picture of the man police say held up Citizens Savings Bank at the corner of Wyoming and Lackawanna Avenues.
They tell us Joseph Dering handed a teller two notes one saying he had a gun, the other demanding money.
Dering, age 51, has a cast on his left arm, a black eye, and was wearing a t-shirt that said "Make America Great"
Scranton police say he got away with a large amount of money and they are still trying to track him down.
