HAZLETON — Two men are on the run after a kidnapping in Hazleton.
Police say Carlos Castillo and Martin Lara Casado held someone against their will inside a home on East Diamond Avenue Sunday afternoon.
Authorities believe the men may have gone to New York or New Jersey.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Hazleton police.
