Tuesday, April 4, is the day the Eric Frein case finally goes to trial.
Frein is charged with killing one trooper and wounding another, outside the Blooming Grove barracks in September of 2014.
Opening statements are set for Tuesday at the Pike County Courthouse in Milford.
The prosecution is seeking the death penalty.
