COVINGTON TOWNSHIP -- State police think speed caused a truck crash in Lackawanna County.
Troopers say the big rig driver was going too fast for snowy conditions on Interstate 380 south near Moscow when he slid off the road Wednesday night.
No one was hurt.
State police haven't said if that driver will be ticketed here in Lackawanna County.
