Charges Filed in Deadly Monroe County Pedestrian Case

COOLBAUGH TOWNSHIP– More than seven months after a man was hit and killed, charges have been filed.

Police say Brian Jackson, 26, of Tobyhanna, was driving with a suspended license when he hit Jeremy Owens, 27, on Knollwood Road near Tobyhanna.

It happened in August of 2016.

Jackson is free on bail.
