SCRANTON -- A collapsed sidewalk is causing problems in downtown Scranton.
A part of the sidewalk caved in the 500 block of Lackawanna Avenue on Wednesday.
It's blocked off right now.
Officials believe an underground vault might be to blame for the cave in.
